45 Years of Family Winemaking

Dry Creek Vineyard, founded in 1972 by wine industry pioneer David S. Stare, paved the way for a renaissance of winemaking and viticulture in the Dry Creek Valley. Dry Creek Vineyard was the first winery to plant Sauvignon Blanc in Dry Creek Valley and has become a cornerstone of this award-winning wine region. Kim Stare Wallace, Dave’s daughter, and Don Wallace, continue to build on the established values of the winery today and are passionately committed to producing quality wines. Their winemaking reputation, renowned appellation, and artistic nautical package are elements that truly set them apart in the marketplace.
